DR Malith Unprofessional Conduct

Had A Bad even a worst experience ever at Tshepo Themba. I was admitted on the 10th of February in early hours of the morning. I was assigned to Dr Malith the surgeon, the doctor did not attend to me for two days on the 3rd day he came as told me and the nurses that he forgot me, the following day I went to surgery then I came back to the ward then he forgot about me for two days after the surgery, he only came the day he discharged me on the 16th of February. He gave me a review date for the 25th of February when I arrive at Dr Malith’ office at Tshepo Themba I was told that the doctor went home although there was an appointment set for that day and I used my petrol to get to the hospital , the receptionist gave me today’s date when I call to confirm the availability of the doctor today they said the doctor is not available he had an emergency without letting me know as I was scheduled to see the doctor and the receptionist was rude to me I would like you guys to listen to the phone call records from 09:36 to 09:39 mind you I have to resume with my work duties next week Monday but I don’t where I’m standing whether I am fit to work or not.

I am really disappointed and frustrated with the Dr Malith’s office as a whole as I am paying my money for this poor service I received, I have been working with Clinix group for more than 10 years but with this unprofessional behaviour you guys will lose clients and the Clinix group will give response that they will look on this matter but it for social media only I know I will not receive any response afterwards
