Disgusting unprofessional behavior

Dr Princess NGCOBO, the worst service I have ever received from a hcp. Rude and unpleasant staff who have horrible peoples skills. They can't handle basic account collections processes, then when you bring this to their attention through a written complaint they tell you to "stop crying and send a proof of payment". Zero bedside manners, absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs.
