Constant Horrible service

I do not ever remember a time I've been to your Lesedi campus and had any great service, today was the worst!!!

I had the unfortunate opportunity of having to go to the Radiology department and it took me all of 2hrs to get my scan and results back!! This is utter *******.

On top of that I was sent from pilar to post because I'm not 40yrs old and your radilogy department does not do mammogram on people under 40! Instead of having a professional explain and help me through the process, instead they were pompous and had the audacity to ask questions of which I have no answer to!

I always warm people against going to your hospital and I will continue, horrible service and experience every time!!!

I kept telling the radiologist/ person assisting me that no one has explained the process to me , instead they were selfrighteous and saw nothing wrong.

Is this the type of service you are proud of??

Making a patient wait over 2hrs between just getting a scan done and getting results?

I've been to tshepo themba radilogy and I didn't wait more than 30mins for everything. The same at life brenthurst no less than 30mins.

There isn't even a damn water tank in the waiting area, oooh never mind a Clearly marked toilet in the area and yet we are required to wait this long????

I cant for the life of me not understand why service has not been improved!!

At this point I'd rather die on the way to a hospital elsewhere than go to Lesedi which is 5kms from where I live. This is unacceptable!!!
