COMPLAINT
Imagine taking a 90 year old to the hospital, only to find out that lifts are not working and she’s expected to take 2 floors of stairs! Come on. The amount of money we spend in these hospitals does not match the quality of services that are being provided here.
I’m extremely disappointed. A full private hospital that has a lift that hasn’t been working since December? You guys don’t take us seriously honestly.
Your waiting area is overcrowded at that time, I literally had to go and stand outside. Just imagine.
