Billed twice

I was admitted on the 22.05.2015 just before midnight with labour pains I was taken to ward 4 so they can examine me if I was really in labour and she confirmed I was,I'm a private patient and I had already paid the hospital cash the R14.445.00 for natural birth and it was unfortunate that I had to have an emergency c section on the 24.05.2015 I was kept in the hospital from the 22 and I was discharged on the 27.05.2015 i asked for the bill as I knew I had to pay the extra day I stayed at the hospital and the theater,the first bill came which was R20800 and was told I must minus the Amount I had paid since it was an emergency c section which I understood and the second bill came of R5219.24 I was told that this is a bill for the 22 and the 23 because I got treated for faulse labour now in total I owe R11,574.24 coz they opened two files so I don't know why I was kept at the hospital if was in faulse labour,is this how you make money with cash paying patients???i was kept there without being told I'm in false labour or told that I will be billed twice I could have went home,you can't keep patients without asking them if they will be able to pay more than they have already paid.Angry
