Bad treatment

I went to tshepo themba clinics and I received the worst treatment ever and I've been using the hospital for the past 12 years some nurses are very lazy they will rather sit the do nothing and complain rather than to do their job or is it maybe the hospital is in soweto I slept in my urine for 2 days what do you call that while I'm paying what a bad treatment I received while in pain for surgery and it's not the first time even the previous year it was was the same what kind of business are running the
