Bad service I got at tshepo Themba clinix

Good day I got the worse service ever worse of I m sick, I got at tshepo Themba clinix at round about 11:00 on 31th March in pain, thinking it's private hospital the service will b quick hance I left my 3 month old daughter at home, I waited for 2 hours to b seen by a doctor at causality after she seen me I got an injection the. I was sent to to x Ray I came bck only to wait another 2 hours worse of all dey lost my file the doctor who sow me ddnt knw whr my file is and the other sister the injection dey gave me even ended on my system the pain started again The treatment I got frm this hospital was not OK while dey will b so quick to debit my medical aid

Its same as if dey ddnt do anything to me I m still in pain but I m frm a private hospital that will debit my medical aid ND I left at 15:30 That not good this mean next time someone will die sitting to get help
