Bad service from Dr Ofori rooms

<p>My partner was admitted at the Victoria hospital, she was seen by Dr Ofori, I have medical insurance who as sent me a claim form for the doctor to fill. A lady who refused to give me her name called on more than one occasion. I personally went to have the form filled in, the lady was forcing me to sign a debt acknowledgement form, I informed her that lawfully she cannot force me sign a document which I do not want to sign. She demanded cash from me which I refused to give. She also called me twice threatening to black list me she also was being very ******, she was rude speaking over me and harsh. She refused to give me her name on more than one occasion. She also called me and asked for someone else, I rep**** the it’s the wrong number, two minutes later she called again and accused me of lying, I informed her that she called asking for a person I do not know, She then said I must assume that the call was for me. The lady was rude for over 20+- mins on the phone, she just could not comprehend. After explaining to her more than six times that if she signs the claim forms my medical aid will pay the cost. If this matter is not resolved please note I will approach my lawyers who assist me to make a formal complaint to the ombudsmen, I will also approach the local newspapers. I am truly disappointed with the service I have received.</p>
