Bad Service from Botsilong Private Hospital

I am not happy with the service I got, something that could've taken only a few seconds of my time took hours of my time. I called to be put through to sister Vilakazi, a lady by the name of Nelly answered and put me on hold, I was redirected to the reception again. still no luck, when I was put through again, someone answered and continued to have a PERSONAL conversation with someone else. that is unprofessional, I have been trying to get through and no one seems to be answering!!! This is Unacceptable. Please call me back urgently
