BAD SERVICE AT TSHEPO THEMBA

What is happening at Tshepo Themba is nonsense. I am waiting at reception because the security and the nurses at paediatric ward chased me out and told me I must come back during visiting hours because I did not sleep with my son in the ward. This is nonsense. We are paying here and I do not understand why we are being treated like we are in at Bara. Yesterday we waited at casualty until after 21:00 yet the Dr told me that he is admitting my son at 18:10. Yessess this hospital is loosing it.
