Bad service at clinix botshelong

The service at the clinix was horrible, having to wait for 3hours to be attended at casualty is unacceptable, waiting as if ur at government hospital. The ppl at reception are supposed to notify patients of any delay that might take place. Worse of it the just opened the door even on cold weather.
