Bad service and Trauma from Nurse Ngwenya at Tshepo Themba private hospital

Tshepo Themba😭 I still have trauma caused by how Nurse Ngwenya treated me during labor on Monday (20/10/2025). When I reported the matter to her supervisor, she promised to call me to come to the hospital on the next Monday when she's on duty again so we can resolve the matter. Till today (31/10/2025) I haven't received any call from them😢. So what happened was, we were given medication to induce delivery pains the previous night around 9pm through out the night till the next morning around past 7am, me and the other patient. Nurse Ngcobo arrived at her shift around 7am. She did not attend to us until an hour before I gave birth which was around (10:38am) when the other lady pressed the alarm for me because she saw that my pains were now severe and no one was coming to check on us. When she came she was so rude and told me there's time to check on us. I told her I'm in severe pains and asked to give me something to ease the pains but refused and told me it's still early to get something for pains only to deliver the baby an hour later on the same bed I've been sleeping on from the day I was admitted 😭😭😭. I regret! I regret! I regret! going to that hospital because of that woman. Not even public hospitals treat patients like that😭. Not a single day passes without thinking about that horrible experience I seriously need help I can't cope. I wish I could right everything she was doing during that moment, busy singing and making fun of me to her colleagues when I was in pain as if I was faking the pains😭😭😭😭😭
