Bad service

My mom went to buy meds at TSHEPO THEMBA Hospital pharmacy and some was out of stock and was told she will get a call from them when stock arrives and they never did. Went to check and was told they had stock but it got finished, yet they never called her and her pills are still short so we must go back for the short pills. The pharmacist also gave such a ****ty service. He gave me the pills and instead of telling me we are done he went on and talked to another patient on the phone as am still sitting in front of him, as I thought I have to sign for the pills. Only after he's done with his call he asks me "is there anything else?". I feel that was rude as ****, I was not told we done and he saw I was still sitting in front of him but he proceeded with helping someone else, that is unprofessional and RUDE!
