Bad service

We came to lesedi on Thursday night my child had appendix, We were attended right then the operation was done following day Friday morning @8:30 my child came out of theatre at 11 then after we did not see the sergeon after she came back from theatre then it was supper my child got rotten food it was smelling bad. Then Saturday morning still no sergeon to come check the baby. I'm so annoyed that we got so poor service especially the food part that's so not hygenic at all especially when a child was diagnosed with the appendix problem
