BAD SERVICE

Yesterday I was sick so I went to Tshepho Themba Clinic. The service is so bad that you would think that you are in a government hospital. At casualty reception the nurses were just chatting minding their own business. Anyway I opened my file and after that I went back to Casualty where I waited for another 30 minutes, helped by a friendly nurse who took my temperature. After that I was moved to another room where I was told that the doctor will be with me in a sec...the thing is when you go to casualty sick (ulcers) you need a quick and better service especially in a private clinic. I waited there for 2 good hours and then I told the male nurse who was there that I am leaving. He told me that i must leave the file at the admin and I left no treatment nothing. Why must I wait for 2 hours in pain in a private clinic? Are there any doctors in this clinic or it is run by nurses? I hope they will not deduct money on my medical aid because I am going to make sure they get nothing from Discovery. I will never ever use their services in my life including my family and friends.
