Bad service

My Mom was admitted on the 30th July, we fully understand no visitors but the hospital has not contacted us as family, it's the 2nd today, and my Mom's face is swollen, we don't know whatz going on with her, she was admitted due to vomiting, we pay alot of money for medical aid yet we receive government treatment and unprofessionalism, we have been trying to call the reception no 1 is answering, should anything happen to my Mother hell will break lose @ that hospital.
