Bad service

Yesterday Night i went to your Hospital my Son was Sick even now he is still sick,we were attended by Dr Makamu and the nurses who were on duty after we were done with Dr Makamu were told to wait for the medication and we waited for 1:30 hr just to get the medication....we were told the nurse is that is suppose to give us the Medication is not available they cant get hold her, how can someone report to work the next thing she is missing and the nurses were just sitting there busy laughing at us while we set the @ night with a 1 year old child hoping we would be attended but we left there without that medication....i would never recommend Tshepo Themba to anyone it would be a shame for someone to spend money with you guys cause the is no difference between you and government hospitals or clinics maybe they are even better in service its just that you have better facilities.....
