Bad service

My husband visited the private clinic on the 27/11/2016 and the members were very helpful. The doctor assisting him was Dr Gumbu who concluded that he needs to return to the clinic 28/11/2016 for a sonar. Today is the 28/11/2016 and we are at the clinic and at the sonar department we meet Daniel Mudau who firstly was out of sight and we had to shout for assistance as there was no one by the reception. We explain to him what we came for and he rudely questions if we have a doctors note for a referral for a scan of which we explain that we were only given a sick note. He continues to say no we suppose to have q referral that's when I ask him to please call and find out what is happening as we were referred by Dr Gumbu of which Daniel says that doctor is a loco not even sure of the name and he asked my husband if he knew what he was saying and my husband rep**** no. Daniel eventually got ahold of Kedibone who was looking for the file. Daniel then says there is no record of my husband coming for a sonar and that my husband might have to consult again. I asked Daniel that this is such an inconvenience for us and that this is not out fault. He then explained that it's not his fault also and that he is a separate department than I asked so it means u guys are not one team and u won't even take the blame as u are one company. During this time he was so rude and literally spoke to my husband who is the patient and kept referring to my husband as patient when talking to him. I then told him how rude he was and that I am actually the one who spoke to the doctor as my husband was lying on the bed and was not well. I don't appreciate his client service and his disrespect towards us. We were not even informed by the doctor yesterday that my husband isnt suppose to eat before the sonar because now we have to come back tomorrow. This incomplete information Is not acceptable and don't understand how this clinic works. We came here for nothing.
