Bad Service

<p>We pay thousands for bad service only in Soweto a private hospital doesn't even have a complaints department my daughter is admitted here but she only got medication at 1 pm since 6am when I rang the emergency bell only here nurses come to switch it off and attend a problem after hours. Who regulates this hospital</p>
