Bad customer service

This rating is for Tshepo Themba Private hospital:

This is a very bad hospital for any person to spend money on. If there was zero negative star then I would have given it.They are not worth it. It’s like paying someone to hurt you. Every cent you spend on hospitalization is spent in vain.

Their nurses are the worst, I took my my wife to the maternity ward, she received the worst treatment ever. She arrived there at night, she slept hungry after explaining to the nurse that she is hungry, how do you even do that to a pregnant woman? The bed she was sleeping on was sinking in as well. It was even cold. When she is was feeling pain because of the drip and she was trying to wear they told her that she acting up and she should use both her hands and wear. They neglect their patients and don’t care about them. If you want the worst experience ever at a hospital then go there.

The hospital is not clean too. When you are feeling pain you have to move around to to get other services. I could write an essay about how bad this hospital is but if you have money to spend on people just soo that they mistreat you and hurt you then give it a try and come back here and write a similar essay.

It’s a pity coz the doctor we went there to see doesn’t have an alternative hospital and we heard he was good.
