baby 'gift bag' promise!

<p>Hi, I was admitted to clinix Tshepo themba hospital on 30th march 2016 to give birth to my beautiful baby girl. Each mother who gives birth there is supposed to receive a gift bag for the baby its part of the package. I was discharged on 1st April was promised a call back to come and get my gift bag till today I have not received it. I went to the maternity ward twice they took down my numbers and told me they'll order one for me as they were finished. Other mothers who came after me received the bags even before they get discharged. I need to know where my gift bag is, why I haven't received it and an apology from hospital management. I want it to be delivered to my residence as in today I'm not gonna come there again only to waste my time. This in unfair treatment both to me and my baby. Its over a month since I was promised to receive one this is downright unprofessional from your staff members side.</p>
