Appalling service

I have been trying to get hold of a case manager since yesterday and no one has bothered to get back to me. They said they would update my information but they have not, it has been more than 72 hours now. If this issue is not resolved, I will be taking this matter further. Thank God the nurses are more competent that the admin staff.
