Appalling Service

I was admitted at Tshepo- Themba on the 17/11/2015 for a surgical procedure and was sent to the surgical ward. My time in the surgical ward was truly a bad experience, after a surgical procedure one requires some rest but I couldn't due to the chit chat and noise the staff was making, I was then in pain and asked for medication to relieve the pain and was given the run around and had to wait for hours. What appaulled me the most was one of your staff members( Sibongile Mangqu) shouting and insulting another nurse in the presence of patients to the point where the other nurse cried, her behavior was so shocking that I even had to step in and ask her why she couldn't do that in private,she clearly is not serving according to the values of Clinix health group. I do not see myself utilizing the facility although it is nearer to where I live. I must commend sister Nomthandazo Matodzi for her hard work and for making my stay a bit better.
