Your courier service is USELESS

When buying online from Clinique this is the courier experience you can expect They make use of Dawn Wing / DPD Laser to deliver orders. I ordered on 30 Aug 2022 delivery time 1-3 business days I am honestly losing my patience with the service from Dawn Wing and DPD Laser. The service from the customer service representatives is astoundingly horrible. Their website is offline and does not supply any information on the tracking. I have phoned, emailed made changes which is not reflecting to get my order. have updated the address and phoned for updates, having calls dropped and no feedback. The package has not been delivered even though it was advised to be delivered today, the last feedback was that it is still in the PTA depot. The horrible service from the courier and this review will hopefully cause a move to a different courier service as this type of service to deliver the goods bought from your website will cause people to no longer make use of your service/products to never have to deal with a useless courier company again.
