Worst service ever! Really pathetic

Terrible customer service. Bought 2 products direct from the online store and only received one. Checked the order status online and saw that the one product was suddenly out of stock. They didn’t communicate this and decided to send one of the items only , with no indication of what is happening with the 2nd item. I had to contact them to find out, and this took a number of emails. What’s the point in asking me for my order number and then still asking me what I purchased and which item I didn’t receive. Shouldn’t the system reflect the order when the order number is captured. They offered me a 20% coupon for the next purchase but this isn’t a value add, as this is a standard offering to first time buyers. I declined the offfer.They said they would refund me my missing item which they did in 7 days, but they refunded me less than what was owing to me. Worst service ever!. I also sent an email to give this feedback and there was no Response. I will never support this brand or company ever again!! What a joke when they can’t even demonstrate basic customer service skills. Really pathetic !!
