Waited over an hr!

I bought a Clinique foundation from Edgars Liberty Mall on Tuesday, my usual consultant was busy so another lady helped me but gave me the wrong colour, when i took it home i checked my previous bottle and the colours were different so i went to Edgars in CBD today as it is closer to my work place and i waited for an hour for the Clinique consultant (Sisanda), she was called on the intercom twice and just ignored it! Pathetic service. Then, another lady wanted to give me the colour i needed and they did not have any stock! Wasted my time and lunch break!
