The aroma of Purfume is not up to usual standard

After 12years of using the purfume clinique aromatics elexur. The last bottle that i purchased has got a terrible spicy after smell also the aroma there of dissapates within an hour. The color if the fluid is much darker of what it use to be.

They also dispute that they do not supply the pharmacy were it was baught however they do stock the clinique product. Clinique does not want to exept the fact that i do not have my proof of purchase and the say " it is possible that wearer perceives the fragrance to be weaker or different" this is the first time in 12 years this is happening.

With their side of the story they wanting to escalate my query.

I hope this complaint will be escalated to the highest possible department to deal with it.

I wish to be compensate and receive the original fragrance as it the only purfume i am able to use. Seeing that this is a very expensive products.
