Terrible service and false advertising

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen! My order arrives ***) and there is no take the day off inside. After over 20 minutes to your call centre I can’t go through. Mails are not answered.

Second order arrives ***) and it is a perfume spray which you would think would last as long as perfume but it basically the most expensive body spray. Very misleading wording! When the original price is R950 you expect it to last as long as the EDP. And I have bought an extra 2 for gifts!

I am a loyal user of happy EDP, take the day off, high impact mascara as well as the moisture surge products and your online store has ensured that I will no longer be.

If you look back in your records my last complaint was about 15 years ago about not being able to PURCHASE samples for travelling. I am absolutely appalled.

I have sent the “online complaint form” twice only to receive an automated “we have received your mail” message but no actual feedback.

Not to mention that my THIRD order which was made before these two disappointments has not arrived! SHOCKING
