Sub Standard Eye Liner

<p>I purchased the liquid eye liner (which isn't cheap) but is hypo allergenic and doesn't make my eyes water. However, this new style liquid eye liner is a sub standard product. The actual liner splits into many little hairs making drawing one precise line impossible. Very dissappointed in what used to be the only eye liner I would purchase. A waste of money.</p>
