Pathetic and unprofessional staff and bad customer service

I placed an order last year on black Friday, order was never delivered, I was told it's a technical issue and had to wait a month till my issue got resolved unprofessionally. First I was given a refund without options, no one asked if I was happy with the refund or would rather place another order and even worse get my offer code back. I had to write a long complaint to Clinique online for appropriate action to be done. Now I am phased with another dilemma, same order, got refunded and given an offer code. I place the order online again first 1 on the 10/01/2019 and the second on 11/01/2019. To date orders have been received nor refunded. I'm always calling clinique customer service and they brush me off telling me they will get back to me, 3 to 4 days would pass and I am the one who will have to call them and ask what's going on and how far are they with my refund. I am so over this company and it's staff. It's the 14th of Feb today, my money for two orders taken and I'm sitting without products. Nobody cares, nobody will follow up with their customers. I'm so Flippin annoyed, and worse when I call they already know my case and come up with excuses and shift me around to different people. This is some bull**** experience. And worse thing is it's not the first, so clearly this is how they work. Pathetic and useless. All u want is my money, not the stupid codes. I am never, ever buying from clinique ever again. Iv had it!!
