Order bad experiences

Three times I have placed an order and paid only to be refunded as they can't find my order. I ask you, how can you pay for product if there is no underlying order. Clearly a malfunction of their website. Sad reality is they can't process the order, their "Systems" don't allow for it. Be warned.
