Not happy with the service

Good day

I bought Clinique liquid make up anti blemish solutions 12 fresh clove D from one of the biggest retailers on the 25/03/2019 and I used my make as usual to my surprise I had a rash on my face and it was also itching i did not expect that from my Clinique and it is not the first time using it so I was dissapointed.
