Not delivering and no Customer Service

Ordered online products on the 26th of November after receiving email to advertise 30% off and a miniature 5 product summer ready kit with any order from Clinique. Order nr ***. Received my products, on Monday the 30th of November 2020, but no summer ready kit. Sent 3 emails enquiring about it - no answer received. Phoned every day since the customer line number ***and staying online for 20 minutes each time, just getting the message that all the consultants are busy? How can Clinique not get back to you on an inquiry, especially when they have not delivered??
