Money deducted but order not placed on system!

I purchased items from Clinque via online shopping. The money for the order was deducted from my account three days ago however the system shows that I didn't place an order and neither did I receive an email confirming my order! Now the items are marked as out of stock on the website.<br> Several emails have been sent to the call centre with no replies!
