Invisible Customer Service

Placed an order 16 May and havent heard 1 bit of communication regarding the order. No response to 3 emails, 1 Facebook message and no answer on their landline either. I have received no products and lost money. What the actual F Clinique??? What is going on????? Highly frustrated!!!! I want feedback?!?!?!
