Frustrated with their disgusting service!

I ordered Clinique online on Cyber Monday. I got an email from them with a tracking number and that my order would be delivered. I went onto the Aramex website with my tracking number. At it said they tried multiple times to deliver. A bunch of lies. No driver ever contacted me. The package could have been left with the guard at the complex. You cannot get hold of anyone at the Aramex Call Centre. Tried contacting Clinique. No luck with them. Their stupid Chat Bots (Both Companies)They are not interested. They refuse to help.
