***** and pathetic customer service

I am so disgusted by the service I got at Edgars lakeselide mall, I made a purchase of 7 items but they made me pay for 8 items. Fortunately I checked my receipt before I leave the till point and I showed the lady who was helping me. She insisted that everything was fine even though the things on the receipt were greater than what i have in the plastic. The lady told me that I am bothering her and the shop was closing soon. Until I insisted to get my R400 refund and she called the store manager to authorize the refund. I asked the manager if it will reflect same time in my credit card and he rudely said I am not a bank don't ask me. They are very arrogant and even now i didn't get my refund. They wanted to ***** me R400. They are very rude and arrogant and Edgars is going down because of people like them.
