FALSE ADVERTISING Dramatically Different Moisturizing BB-Gel hoax

I've been using Clinique since 2010, with great joy as the Anti blemish solutions range solved my acne issues and has maintained beautiful skin. I've recently splurged and bought the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing BB-Gel with a evening skin tone cartridge. Yes, my usual purchases dig deep into my pocket, but it's always been an investment well worth taking. Except for the most recent purchase. Due to covid regulations, stores don't allow you to sample any cosmetic products, so i was unable to give the product a try before purchasing. And since its Clinique, i thought it trustworthy because none of their other products, and i've tried many, have disappointed (notice the brand loyalty?). I've been utterly disappointed. the BB gel is marketed across multiple platforms - boasting its ability to match your skin tone and offer light coverage. It's also marketed to suit those with a medium complexion (which i am). The product makes me look grey and ashy, gives me little to no hydration, seeing as my face feels dry in under 3 hrs, despite having normal, non-problematic skin. I went on to watch Youtube reviews on the product after using the product and found a lot more bad than good reviews. People fair in complexion are left orange, darker skinned individuals are grey and ashy too. Thus many people can vouch for the disappointment. Go check youtube for yourself and see what i mean This is pathetically false advertising. You have people fooled into spending such a huge amount on a product that delivers absolutely nothing that you say it should. I am utterly disappointed! I would not advise anyone to make the mistake of purchasing this product. My disappointment lies not only with the product but also the poor customer service offered. I addressed this matter via email to customer services. I received a confirmation of receipt, automated email, followed by no further response or follow up. How such a high-end brand can be this unprofessional? I have no idea. I wouldn't be surprised that if the only i response i get will be one off this post on Hello Peter. And this will only be because this *****s your brand and your image. I would like to be compensated for the money wasted on this awful product and the pathetic customer service. I repeat: Utterly disappointed!
