False advertising by clinique

False advertising on the Woman’s month gift special. I made an order and selected 2 products as per the minimum requirement. A message popped upped on my saying that the offer was successfully app****. Upon delivery the gift is not included. I sent an email to the pathetic customer care service and I was told that they cannot confirm that I selected the correct products to qualify for the Woman’s months gift. I am probably the biggest fool since I seven gave them the order number. I will never order from them ever again
