Customer service via email

~I bought continuous coverage 07 ivory glow (p) From Clinique counter in Tygervalley Edgar’s. I asked the lady for one for oily skin. I have use the product before and didn’t have any problems. She said to me that there is only one. However I do recall the box saying for dry/severely dry skin. I did ask her about this in which she responded there was only one time. But with using it before and not having any problem with it I trusted her advice. However I’m absolutely hating it, my skin is So greasy by the end of the day. Please advise. Or forward to Whom ever I should speak to.~~~

I have Sent to several emails, as I’m unable to phone due to my work. They do not respond to emails and tell you to phone a hotline. Which is just not them solving a query.
