**** - Customer care

I was trying to order something from website and for some reason payment gateway was not allowing me to process the order. Then I contacted their online support, the lady said some one will call me to help me place an order. After I get the call, that person asked me my card number the pin!! He said someone one else is also having same problem with the checking out and he helped him. so give me your card number and pin.

Wow these people are just dumb. They might be cheating other people as well. Also, that means their customer care have given my number to some *****s. They cannot be trusted at all. Although I was successful in placing the order by myself. I am not sure if my order will arrive.

Please be aware of this ****!!!
