Clinique's inferior customer service

<p>I put through an order on 26/11/2016...black Friday weekend. I have not yet received my delivery from Clinique. The delivery company Ram stated that they tried to deliver my package 3 times this week yet I only received a call today stating that they tried but no one was at home. On the delivery companies login, it stated that they tried to contact me yet could not get through however I spoke to a consultant on that very same call and asked them to deliver at 2pm Monday but I can predict that not happening as they didn't even log the message. I can't get through to Cliniques call centre to change my delivery address and they only respond to my emails when it suits them. I can't believe such huge company can't even deliver. I purchased other stuff on black Friday and received the goods on Monday 29/11/2016. The delivery company even called me so I could come out. I won't be purchasing anything from Clinique again!!! I just want my order or a refund if they can't deliver. I will be vacationing soon so don't think I will be waiting around for Clinique to deliver!!!!</p>
