Clinique Online Poor Customer Service

I wish I saw other customer reviews before my bad experience.. I bought a beyond perfecting foundation + Powder and I received my foundation half empty and been calling and emailing with no resolution since 16th July only today they are telling me that there won't be an exchange for a new product they are going to collect, investigate and issue a refund..... Whats the use of buying online... Who needs a damn refund?
