Clinique can’t deliver - DAWN WING / DPD sucks

What a shame that Clinique associates with Dawn Wing / DPD Lazer. Please note that my transaction was with Clinique and not the courier service Clinique choose to engage. Making their non delivery and poor service my problem is not on. Contractually Clinique has a responsibility to me when accepting my order and payment. Therefore referring me to the courier and their unreliable tracking and *********** customer service is for me a direct reflection on Clinique. It is unacceptable that Clinique has no concerns in relation to the client actually receiving their order. Highly disappointed. Bad service is bad service regardless of the quality of the product. If you want to do business online, you have to be able to actually deliver. Choose your associations better - look at the reviews of Dawn Wing & DPD - you will find they are unreliable, unprofessional and a reputation land mine.
