Beyond perfection not so perfect

I purchased a product from Clinique the gateway branch in Edgar's last week called beyond perfecting there's nothing perfect about this product I have blotches and have a allergic reaction the doctor has put me off for days and prescribed a cream with no added ingredients to rectify this mess. I don't want free products I don't want explanations I just would like a refund so I can go back to Mac as I initially did I'm highly upset about my face I don't have time to return this product the courier service should collect it. My skin looks terrible and this is embarrassing.
