Bad service with false advert

The 30% discount advertised was not processed on the order. The antiblemish solution was not included with the order. I reacted with reddish patches after using the mild facial soap. I have since stopped it and I'm now normal again. The customer service is not reachable. I'm disappointed because I have being using clinique for over 15 years now buying from the local edgars. I resorted to buy online since the local branch had stories every week. The online chat with consultants is just a joke and waste of time.
