Bad service from Clinique SA

I'm appalled by the service I have received from Clinique. I bought make up from them on the 27th November 2020. Received it after the 7th of December. Sent my 1st email to them before December 14th as I was unhappy with the powder shade they advised me to purchase. I sent a follow up email on the 21st and only got a response from them today. They refused to exchange the shade for me siting different excuses on their emails and social media pages. Don't buy from them. They have the worst post sales customer care. Trying to pass their own incompetence to the customer
