Really shocked

I went in today to extract my top tooth as it was rotten but that was not the issue. I went to the Mandalay Branch and I got into the doctors room and I was injected with a needle to start the process. I than was made to wait to we can start with the extraction. In the middle of that process my doctor said she can't remove it and will give me pills I than I asked her is it safe to do so she said yes but she had already pulled half my tooth out. I took the letter and doctor's note and half way home in tears I felt as if my health was comprised I than took a turn and went back as I was in Soo much pain. She and her assistant where not at all empathetic towards my condition and she agreed to fully remove my tooth. Her assistant advised all the kids that were there to step outside as if I was a problem. Even so I let my pride sink as I wanted to be helped she removed my tooth in less than 5 minutes with no screaming. I doubt I will look at that place again as I felt really uncared for as we are paying patients. Really disappointed with the service shame
