Clinimed Mandalay Creepy Doctor

On the 26th of February due to unrelenting pain, I decided to finally go and see a doctor. Dr M P Matjekane saw me after roughly 20 minutes as there was only one patient before me. After entering her office and explaining my predicament. She proceeded to examine my spine. She said it was simply a muscular pain so nothing to worry about. I then explained to her I'd fallen recently so don't want to just keep taking pain meds it's bad for the liver. I'd already been taking for weeks. She was argumentative and seemed irritated and filled in some paper and told me to give it to her secretary. I did not tell her I wanted nothing for pain. I hadn't been on her office over 8 minutes and when I gave her secretary the paper, I asked her what's going on. She young woman at reception told me the doctor is "finished with me" and had already another patient in her room! I presume my consultation to which I was shocked!!! She hadn't given me anything for pain and no conclusion to what I should do to manage the pain, I had asked for referral to public hospital as I am currently unemployed but she had refuted the need for it as claimed I simply had muscular pain. So I waited for the other patient consultation to me over. Unbelievably then the Dr saw me again I explained to her in disbelief how she could have done that, sent me out of her office without telling me the consultation was over (less than 10 minutes had I been in her consultation room) and told her I felt racially profiled and asked to be treated like any other patient to which she then changed her dismissive and rather rude attitude towards me and told me that it was simply a "misunderstanding" I have been countless times to medical institutions and this was by far the cherry on the cake of complete and utter lack of empathy and extreme disrespect. Only after I had complained did she offer me something for pain obviously I wanted a Voltaren shot ( I had fallen flat on my back from an office chair landing on the spine on cold hard tiles, few weeks before) How in the Charles ****ens could I have not had pain?! Dr Do Little then gave me a shot of explaining away her behavior as my fault "calling a misunderstanding. What a narcissistic attitude for such a disgustingly rude medical doctor. Understanding and having empathy is a must for a medical practitioner, you do not treat people like medical waste to be thrown out. The type of person I am, having worked in hospitality for many years and having experience in social media and customer relations o do not complain readily and didn't seek to voice my complaint but after all this time, come to realise that this person actually intended to hurt me. Today, Sunday the 14th of March, 2021, so all these days have passed but I still have pain from the site of where this DOCTOR injected me. I can't tell you in all honesty I see her as a ruthless and cutthroat person only out to make money as I was only in her consultation for a few minutes when she sent me out without the decency of telling me she is done, also having no real intention to offer solution to my problem but only because I complained she then was willing to give me voltaren!!! I only came to give a bad review because I don't feel it is normal to have pain at site of injection after 2 weeks of past after the date of consultation. I definitely do not recommend this doctor and am extremely cautious now of Clinimed. It is barbarous to take a patient moneu then send them out of your office in under 10 minutes knowing full well you have no intention of assisting said patient. I am angry that I have the discomfort and feel anxious of why I would have a lump under my skin from a Voltaren injection 2 weeks later unless the "doctor" intentionally meant to hurt me. Bad bad bad. I will never ever trust to go back to these offices and had only made myself go because life was unbearable in chronic pain. I feel like this doctor is only out for money making. What a terrible shame to have zero empathy for those suffering but to take their money. I've lost my faith in allopathic medicine for good and didn't bother to go to a public hospital for fear of been treating worse than with Dr Matjekane. Never and never again!!!!!!
