Unsatisfied client

Hello,

I had 4 solar geysers installed two years ago by this company. Lately one of them had a leak and l naturally contacted them to come and fix it. I had been explained that they couldn't come as they were too busy and l should contact another plumber to evaluate the damages which l did (l had to pay the plumber myself obviously). According to the plumber expertise, the leak came from the tank itself which was still under warranty. When l phoned back the company, they said that l should lodge a claim to get the geyser replaced. I did explain them that it was part of their job to do so but in response they carried on saying that they were too busy to send someone... What a lack of professionalism...what a joke... I had to finally get the plumber back and do the job at my own expenses obviously when the solar geysers were still under warranty... The installation cost me almost R60.000 and not even two years later l had to pay another plumber to get a leak from one of the tank fixed, this is absolutely ridiculous... I have tried to reach the company's boss, he wasn't even interested to pick up the phone or answer my messages... After being confronted to a such attitude, l decided to find out by myself and l found a lot of unsatisfied clients, which l can easily understand when you have to deal with such a company... I'm not recommending this company at all...
